Hot Shot Driver – JLC

Job Overview:

JLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Hot Shot Driver to join our team in Watford City, ND. This position offers top pay and fully covered medical and dental insurance. As a Hot Shot Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of equipment, tools, and materials across oilfield and industrial sites. If you’re a skilled driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely haul and deliver loads using a pickup truck and gooseneck trailer
  • Transport oilfield equipment, tools, and materials on-demand
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
  • Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
  • Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL (preferred) or clean driving record with Hot Shot experience
  • Oilfield experience is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of North Dakota roads and oilfield locations
  • Physically capable of loading/unloading as needed
